Copy, resell, sublicense, or distribute the software
Use automated scraping or data extraction tools
Attempt to bypass subscription systems
This license terminates automatically if you violate these Terms.
Fixxr provides:
AI-powered repair quote analysis
AI-generated diagnostic insights
Marketplace comparison of third-party repair providers
Fixxr is not a licensed mechanic, dealership, insurer, or professional advisor.
All outputs are informational only and may be inaccurate or incomplete.
You assume full responsibility for repair decisions.
Fixxr offers Premium subscriptions:
Monthly Plan: $4.99 per month
Annual Plan: $24.99 per year
Pricing is in USD and may vary by region due to taxes or platform adjustments.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
You may cancel anytime through:
Apple App Store settings
Google Play settings
Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period.
Refunds are governed by the App Store or Google Play policies. Fixxr does not directly issue refunds for in-app purchases unless required by law.
Fixxr reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.
Fixxr does not:
Perform physical inspections
Guarantee pricing accuracy
Guarantee shop quality
Guarantee diagnostic accuracy
AI outputs are probabilistic and may be incorrect.
Use at your own risk.
Fixxr does not employ or control third-party repair providers.
We do not guarantee:
Licensing
Insurance
Quality of work
Pricing fairness
All transactions occur solely between you and the repair provider.
All software, branding, AI systems, content, and materials are owned by Fixxr Technologies, Inc.
Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”
We disclaim all warranties including:
Merchantability
Fitness for a particular purpose
Non-infringement
Accuracy
Reliability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Fixxr’s total liability shall not exceed the greater of:

We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, fraud, or violations.
These Terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina.
Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Wake County, North Carolina.
You waive the right to jury trial and class action.
